Yes, it's genuinely free with zero commission. The Free plan gives you access to the platform, basic matching, and the ability to earn without any deductions. Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans add premium features like more applications, smart matching, enhanced insights, and priority support.

Every freelancer on Beehived commits to two things in our Marketplace Participation Agreement: they quote their genuine rate, with nothing added to cover platform fees (there are none), and they won't offer you a lower rate for the same kind of work outside Beehived, while they're on the platform and for three months after. So the rate you see on Beehived is the best rate that professional offers you. If you're ever quoted a lower rate off-platform for the same work, tell us: it's a breach of the agreement, and we act on it.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. No long-term contracts required.

No. There's no service fee, no markup and no percentage on top of the rates: companies pay their subscription, and the rate goes to the freelancer in full.
