Profile and agreement
Every member completes a full profile and signs our Marketplace Participation Agreement, which includes the Best Rate Guarantee.
Identity verification
Members can confirm their identity with a document and a liveness check through our partner Didit, and get a Verified badge that companies can see.
Credential review
PMs and Solution Architects lead projects, so our team reviews their CV and past projects before they can take on that role, usually within 2 business days.

Companies and freelancers each pay a flat monthly subscription, and that's how Beehived earns. We never deduct a commission from talent earnings: freelancers keep 100% of their negotiated rate.
Every Beehived project includes a dedicated Project Manager or Solution Architect who leads the team, coordinates deliverables, handles client communication, and ensures quality and on-time delivery.
